Eli Health EMR is a comprehensive patient and clinic management platform designed to simplify healthcare workflows for both small-scale clinics and individual users. The platform bridges digital healthcare with everyday usability, enabling appointment booking, billing, prescriptions, and medical records all in one place. My role was to design the complete user experience for patients, family members, healthcare providers, and admins.

Problem Statement
Healthcare users faced fragmented systems that required juggling multiple apps or manual processes for booking appointments, managing prescriptions, and maintaining medical records. Clinics struggled with unstructured data entry, government compliance requirements, and limited digital tools. There was no secure, scalable solution to manage multi-user health data, especially for families—while supporting ABHA integration and streamlined billing.

Designed a mobile-first interface for both patients and clinics, covering booking, health tracking, and medical records
Integrated ABHA ID authentication directly into the sign-up and patient onboarding flow to ensure compliance
Developed flows for multi-appointment scheduling, subspecialty selection, and real-time availability
Built a system for digital prescriptions, billing, and downloadable invoices—simplifying backend operations for clinics
Created family dashboards, allowing users to manage records for dependents within a single profile
